The 21st world is a changing and sometimes frightening place. We read about incidents of workplace violence, random attacks by violent predators and even incidents of domestic violence by those who are supposed to love and protect us. This 4 hour course is designed to provide life skills to the 21st Century woman to help us stay safe and rational in a sometimes irrational world. This course will cover the following topics:
